Cherry Grove Oceanfront Park
The latest addition to the City’s Park system this wonderful little park offers access to the beach as well as the comfort of restrooms and picnic and common areas. Parking is limited to two handicap spaces but off-site public parking can be found at and near the Sea Mountain street end.

Cherry Grove Park and Boat Ramp
This popular fishing spot is located on the Cherry Grove marsh and provides boat access to the marsh and the Atlantic Ocean via Hog Inlet. Within the park is reserved parking for the Heritage Shores Nature Preserve.

Heritage Shores Nature Preserve
Heritage Shores Nature Preserve is one of the most unique parks in the city; created in 2007 with seven (7) acres of walking paths. The park is located on an island that extends into the Cherry Grove Marsh.

Ingram Dunes Nature Preserve
Ingram Dunes Nature Preserve has an interpretive ½ mile nature trail with signage. It is the last remaining maritime forest in North Myrtle Beach and has native dunes that are 30 feet tall.

McLean Park
Known to locals and visitors alike as the most beautiful park in the community, McLean Park is a 10 acre park with a two acre lake. It is located in the heart of the city. This park is the site of many of the Parks and Recreation Department’s special events. All three of McLean Park’s picnic shelters, gazebo, and meditation garden are available for reservation.

Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve
Named for a former City Councilman devoted to preservation and maintenance of the marsh, the Preserve is a scenic overview of the picturesque Cherry Grove Marsh. Created in 2004, the park provides paved parking and foot access to the inlet. A boardwalk was added in 2009 to maintain important Cherry Grove Marsh habitat. Please be aware that fishing and crabbing are permitted from ground level but not from the pier structure.
