Earn your Black Belt! This Taekwondo class combines combative techniques, self defense, social awareness, discipline, and physical fitness. Students will undergo a progressively challenging curriculum, advancing their flexibility, strength, agility, and speed. Students are expected to abide by the 5 tenets of Taekwondo, Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit. This class is for beginners to highly advanced students.
