Ryan Fabbri serves as the City Manager for North Myrtle Beach, officially appointed in 2025 following his service as Interim City Manager beginning in September 2024. Prior to that role, he was the City's Assistant City Manager starting in February 2023.
With over a decade of municipal government experience, Fabbri brings a strong background in strategic leadership and community-focused service. Before joining North Myrtle Beach, he was the Town Administrator for Pawleys Island from 2015 to 2022, where he led transformative initiatives including a $15 million beach renourishment project and the development of a new town hall. He also served as Assistant Town Administrator for Pawleys Island from 2013 to 2015.
Fabbri holds a Master of Public Administration from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Coastal Carolina University. He is a Certified Floodplain Manager and a graduate of both the Local Government Leadership Institute and its Advanced Leadership Academy.
Known for his collaborative approach, commitment to transparency, and focus on enhancing quality of life, Fabbri is dedicated to efficient, fiscally responsible governance and fostering strong community engagement as he leads North Myrtle Beach into the future.
