NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- The General Election for North Myrtle Beach will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. This is a nonpartisan election and no party affiliation shall be placed on the ballot. 

The following offices will be included in this election: 

• Mayor (November 2025 - November 2029) 
• Council Member At-Large (November 2025 - November 2029) 
• Council Member Ocean Drive Ward (November 2025 - November 2029) 
• Council Member Windy Hill Ward (November 2025 - November 2029)

• Cherry Grove 1 Precinct - Chapel by the Sea Church (1051 Sea Mountain Highway)
• Cherry Grove 2 Precinct - Little River Neck Fire Station #4 (5345 Little River Neck Road) 
• Crescent Beach Precinct - J. Bryan Floyd Community Center (1030 Possum Trot Road) 
• Dunes 1 Precinct - Temporary - Barefoot Resort Conference Center (2250 Premier Resort Boulevard) 
• Nixons 1 Precinct - North Myrtle Beach High School (3750 Sea Mountain Hwy, Little River) 
• Ocean Drive 1 Precinct - Ocean Drive Fire Station #1 (1015 2nd Avenue South) 
• Ocean Drive 2 Precinct - North Myrtle Beach Historical Museum (799 2nd Avenue North) 
• Ocean Drive 3 Precinct - St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church (801 11th Avenue North)

Register to Vote: Any person wishing to register to vote in this election must do so no later than Saturday, October 4, 2025. One may register online at www.scvotes.gov or contact the Horry County Board of Voter Registration at (843) 915-5440. Absentee ballots must be obtained through the Horry County Voter Registration Office located in Conway. 

Early Voting: The early voting period starts on Monday, October 20, 2025, and ends Friday, October 31, 2025 (closed on Saturday and Sunday). Early voting will take place at the Horry County Voter Registration Office, located at 1515 4th Avenue, Conway, S.C. 29526. Their hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM. 

Please Note: If you are registered to vote in North Myrtle Beach in this election, be aware that all precincts vote for all candidates. For example, if you live in Ocean Drive, you may vote for the candidate of your choice in the Ocean Drive Ward and for the candidate of your choice in the Windy Hill Ward. You are not limited to voting only for a candidate who represents the Ward in which you reside. However, you must vote at the precinct in which you are registered. 

The Polls: The polls will open at 7 AM on Election Day and close at 7 PM. At the close of the polls, the North Myrtle Beach Election Commission will count the absentee ballots at City Hall. 

Certifying the Election: The Commission will meet at City Hall at 10 AM on Thursday, November 6, 2025, to certify the election and determine the validity of ballots challenged in the election. 

Runoff: Any runoff will be held two weeks after the election on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
