Flavors of Fall is a NEW event for 2023!


Experience a variety of delicious Fall flavored treats while you visit participating businesses along Main Street in North Myrtle Beach at this one-day self-guided food tasting event. Each individual will need to purchase a ticket in order to collect food samples. All ages are welcome. Adult participants will also have the option to upgrade their tasting experience at select participating Main Street restaurants with Fall flavored alcoholic beverages. Upgrades will vary by location and will be available for purchase separately at each venue. Upgrade locations will be noted on the tasting map as Flavors+ items. Tasting maps will be provided when you check-in with the NMB Parks & Recreation tent. We will be located at the Flynn's Irish Tavern Parking Lot. For check-in, please have your tickets printed and ready to be scanned. We will provide you with a check-in treat box, tasting map, and all other necessary items. Event: Saturday, November 4th from 12:00 - 3:00 PM. 

Tickets: $15 per person - Register Here from October 2nd - 27th or until spaces are full.

Food Included Package:

- Food Samples provided by NMB Parks and Recreation.

- Business Name/Logo will be on the Event Map for all attendees.

- One serving tray for food samples with Food Description Card, serving utensils, napkins, etc.

- Materials needed for marking off attendee event cards.

- Event Poster for attendees to be able to purchase tickets prior to the event and a Day of Event Poster identifying your business as a participant.

Food Not Included Package:

- Business Name/Logo will be on the Event Map for all attendees.

- One serving tray for food samples with Food Description Card.

- Materials needed for marking off attendee event cards.

- Event Poster for attendees to be able to purchase tickets prior to the event and a Day of Event Poster identifying your business as a participant.

Business Requirements:

- Physical Business must be located on Main Street, NMB or approved by NMB Parks and Recreation in advance of sign-up.

- Businesses interested in offering the Flavors+ alcoholic beverage (at an additional cost to the attendees) must reach out to brcloos@nmb.us for more details and to discuss requirements. Beverage sample can be in addition to a food sample or as your only item. Businesses will be required to check IDs for attendees prior to serving and required to collect the payments for such items.

- Provide one person who will be responsible for checking event cards and providing/serving food samples to attendees and refilling the serving tray throughout the event.

- Businesses must be open for the duration of the event including set-up and break-down. Times will be determined by NMB Parks and Recreation. 

- Have a table or counter large enough to hold the serving tray (plate charger size) for food samples. 

- Must provide a high-res logo to brcloos@nmb.us for use on the event map. 

 Food Not Included ONLY
- Business will provide food samples for ALL participants for the event to include serving utensils, napkins, etc. Food samples cannot contain alcohol. NMB Parks and Recreation MUST approve the food samples, provider, and packaging ahead of time. Participant count will be provided by NMB Parks and Recreation on October 30, 2023 with a Max # of Attendees of 150.

Business Optional Add On’s:

- You may choose to provide a small prize or gift basket to represent your business. Participants will have a chance to win prizes throughout the event. Prizes must be shelf stable and cannot contain alcohol, tobacco, or other age restricted items.
