NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- The North Myrtle Beach City Council held an Emergency Meeting on Tuesday, August 6, at 1:30 PM at City Hall.

City Council adopted an Emergency Ordinance and a Declaration of a State of Emergency for the City of North Myrtle Beach pertaining to Tropical Storm Debby.
