How to Pay for Parking
How to use:
Park North Myrtle Beach has selected the Parkeon Strada Pay station.
Option 1: Pay Station
To pay for parking at a kiosk:
- Enter your license plate into the payment kiosk
- Select the length of time you want to purchase
- Insert your credit card and make payment
- There is no need to place a receipt on your dash as your license plate becomes your parking permit.
For all parking areas with and without a payment kiosk, you can now also pay via Text or by downloading the Passport parking app
Option 2: Text 2 Park
From your cell phone text location code starting with NMB found on lot signage to 25023, welcome text will be received, follow link to complete transaction and:
- Enter license plate number
- Select duration of time
- Enter credit card information
Text 2 Park will send you a warning text when your paid time is about to expire
- You may pay via phone for more time
- You can request an online receipt
Option 3: Passport Parking App
Download the Passport Parking app from the App Store or Google Play. A web version is also available at m.ppprk.com. Please note: your wireless carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Once registered you only need to park, click on the Passport Parking app on your Smartphone, as your account information is already stored, enter the zone number listed on the signage, select how long you wish to park, confirm and you will be done!
Hours of Enforcement:
Everyday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM March 1st through October 31st.
Rates:
Rates are $3.00 per hour.
Time Limit:
No time limit other than no parking from midnight to 5:00 AM.

Note: Our Parkeon pay stations only accept credit or debit cards.
How to Avoid a Parking Ticket
Download the Passport Parking app to pay by phone. You get text or email reminders when your parking is about to expire!
Take a picture or remember your vehicle plate number and enter it into the parking pay station correctly.
If you have a North Myrtle Beach parking decal, make sure the decal is permanently affixed on the lower driver side corner of the windshield. More information is found under the Parking Registration Information tab.
